Oreka Godis is a descendant of the Otaro and Ekarabome Royal Dynasty of Ogori, Kogi State, Nigeria.

At school, Oreka was class captain, social prefect, an active member of her school's track-and-field team, the debate team, Student Union Council Board member during A’Levels and an elected Afro-Caribbean Society President at university.

In 2009, Oreka relocated to Nigeria as part of the legacy team that launched The Beat 99.9FM Lagos. There, she produced and anchored a much loved 6-11AM breakfast show: The Morning Rush.

She launched her TV career on NTA as presenter of the Coca Cola Open Up For Happiness show.

She is a confident speaker who has performed Master of Ceremony duties for many private and public events including:

Her experience as a talk show host includes Love Lounge and 3LiveChicks. She was also a judge on Peak Talent Show.

 
Oreka works as an actor, freelance radio and television presenter, producer and writer. She is above all, a Storyteller - using any medium necessary.
